Stay with the Retainer

After handover, the option exists to continue as an Operations Partner, with ongoing improvements, monthly reviews, and new builds as the business evolves.

Common questions

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We handle everything. Our job is to understand your business. You don't need to understand the tools we use.

What tools do you work with?

We work with whatever tools fit your business. Common platforms include Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, and various AI tools. We're not tied to any stack.

What happens after implementation?

You get full handover, including documentation, team training, and 30-day post-launch support. After that, the option exists to continue as an Operations Partner.

How is this different from hiring a consultant?

Consultants produce reports. We produce working systems. Every GFC Scale engagement ends with something live in your business that your team can run independently.

Can we start without the audit?

We recommend starting with the audit because it ensures we're building the right things. But if you've already identified your priorities clearly, we can discuss a direct implementation scope.
